SROs self-regulatory organizations саморегулирующие организации: 1) в Великобритании: профессиональные организации, регулирующие торговлю ценными бумагами, отношения между специализированными финансовыми и кредитными учреждениями и их клиентами, а также контролирующие соблюдение правил рыночной торговли (созданы после реформы в октябре 1986 г.); 2) в США: все негосударственные организации, регулирующие торговлю ценными бумагами и товарными фьючерсами, в т. ч. фондовые и товарные биржи, Национальная ассоциация дилеров по ценным бумагам, Совет по определению правил для муниципальных ценных бумаг и т. д.; считается, что такие организации являются наиболее эффективным методом проведения в жизнь принципов деловой этики и эффективной операционной практики; см.
